If you choose, you can also make payments through
PayPal by sending a payment to Venidv5@aol.com.  In order to
make a payment using
PayPal, you must first open a PayPal account.  The process is quick and easy.  Please include
the item number of the item you are purchasing.  Also, contact us by email notifying us that you will be making a payment
via
PayPal.  We will then notify you once payment is received.

You can check shipping cost on your order by clicking on the item you are interested in and adding it to your cart.  Once
you are in your cart, you can then calculate shipping. If you would like to have us calculate your shipping cost and

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is received.  Item(s) will be shipped via UPS Ground
unless otherwise specified.   If you would like your order to be shipped another way, please email your request to
contact_us@akuadesigns.com . We will then email you with the actual shipping cost of the company you've requested.

At Akua Jewelry Design Originals, your satisfaction is our primary concern.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us
IMMEDIATELY at
contact_us@akuadesigns.com.  We ask that you securely repack the item and return it within 10 working days by

We will be more than happy to accommodate your request. If you would like a refund for your purchase please include
that in your email.  We will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping cost ).  Refunds usually require 1-2
billing cycle(s) to be reflected on your credit card.  Refund checks will be mailed within 14 working days of receipt of
item.  

If you would like to
exchange your item for another, please include the item number and name of your new selection in
your email.  You will then receive an email informing you of your balance due or refund owed.  Once returned item is
received and balance owed is paid, your new selection will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
